Shipping & Returns
Online orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. 
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  All items are sold as is and maybe returned for a store credit within 14 days from when you received your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at lovelyreese32@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Orders Placed on the site can only be shipped to addresses within the United Staes.
We will not issue a credit for the original shipping fees charged at the time of your order unless your return is due to our error or defective product. You are responsible for the cost of shipping on returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
